VMS has a dedicated team recruited on the basis of their qualifications, skills and attitude.

The employees are shortlisted after a well defined selection process. New recruits undergo an induction and training programme. VMS HR policy aims at ensuring that all employees operate in alignment with our vision and mission. On-the-job training upgrades are conducted regularly.
